    ある元奴隷の体験記。

    30代前半に会社が倒産して突然無職になり、
    仕方なく派遣会社数社に登録したらオファーが殺到。
    条件の良さげな派遣先へ応募したら即採用。

    2年後、働きぶりを認められ派遣先に契約社員として採用。
    しかし30代後半、会社が業績不振に陥り契約を打ち切られる。
    また仕方なく最初の派遣会社に登録するが、全くオファーなし。
    というか紹介する気が全く無い様子。

    そんな時、知人の勤め先が同じ派遣会社へ求人依頼したと聞き、
    早速その求人に応募するが「他の方に決まりました」と不採用。
    不審に思い、知人に状況を尋ねたら「まだ募集中」との返事。
    その事を派遣会社の担当者に問い質したら、
    「貴方の年齢では正直難しいんですよ」と軽く逆ギレされる。
    一応再度知人に尋ねると「経験者ならば特に年齢制限していない」
    との返事・・・まさにあいた口が塞がらない。

    つまり派遣会社にとって重要なのは「若さ」と「未経験」
    何故ならどちらも低時給の理由付けができるから。
    高時給を要求してくる年寄りの経験者はイラネって事。

    どんなに甘い言葉で誘って来ても、これが派遣会社の本性。
